Platform rules & reader code of conduct

Clear responsibilities, safe consultations and fair treatment for clients and readers.

These rules form part of the FateArc Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer, privacy, payment and complaint rights take precedence. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection; they cannot guarantee future events or replace professional care.

1. Roles and responsibilities

Clients are adults aged 18 or over who choose and pay for consultations. Readers (psychics, tarot readers, astrologers and advisors) are responsible for their own consultation content, declared language skills and professional conduct. Describing a reader as independent does not override the legal classification of the relationship.

FateArc, operated by NEXUSVIBE SL, provides the platform, payment tools, support and moderation. Administration reviews evidence and may restrict access, arrange justified refunds or end cooperation. Individual readers do not speak on behalf of FateArc. Platform-operated automated features must be identified as such.

2. Rules for everyone

  • Respect others. No harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation, threats, intimidation, fraud, impersonation or abusive conduct.
  • Use accurate account information. Do not evade restrictions, manipulate reviews, create abusive duplicate accounts or share access.
  • Keep consultation payments on FateArc. Do not exchange personal contacts to move sessions or payment elsewhere. Emergency resources, official support and lawful reporting are allowed exceptions.
  • Respect privacy and copyright. Do not expose another person's identity, private messages or protected material.

3. Reader quality and fair charging

  • Understand every language offered, answer coherently and address the client's question. Ask genuine clarifying questions when necessary. Do not accept a session you cannot competently conduct.
  • Do not prolong a consultation for revenue: deliberate delays, meaningless questions, repetitive filler, splitting an answer into unnecessary paid messages, or keeping a session open to increase charges are prohibited.
  • State prices accurately. Do not demand extra money, tips, gifts, emergency payments or off-platform transfers. Tips must be voluntary.
  • Do not promise certain outcomes, a person's return, recovery, wealth, removal of a curse or a 100% accurate prediction. Supportive language is welcome; presenting reassurance as guaranteed fact is not.
  • Do not use fear of curses, death, misfortune or secret danger to pressure a client into paying. No ridicule, humiliation or exploitation of vulnerability.

4. Medical, legal and financial boundaries

Do not diagnose illness, predict medical outcomes or pregnancy, advise changing treatment or medication, or present readings as therapy, legal representation or investment advice. Do not instruct clients which investments to buy or which loans to take. Refer such questions to appropriately qualified professionals. A disclaimer does not excuse harmful or deceptive conduct.

5. Crisis response and protection of minors

If there is a credible risk of self-harm, suicide, violence or immediate danger, stop the reading and do not sell further predictions or prolong paid exchanges. Direct the person to local emergency services or a verified specialist service appropriate to their country. Do not guess crisis contact details, promise rescue or imply FateArc replaces emergency services. Notify support or moderation promptly through an available reporting channel, sharing only necessary information.

If a participant appears under 18, stop the consultation and report the account for review. Parental consent does not make an under-18 account eligible. Adults may discuss their own parenting decisions without exposing a child's identity or sensitive information; no sexual content involving minors or health, death or safety predictions about a child.

6. Privacy, records and identity

Readers must not request passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, government IDs, home addresses, security-question answers or intimate images. Any necessary identity, tax or payout verification belongs in official secure platform or provider flows, not a consultation chat. A permitted public pseudonym does not remove verification obligations.

Do not search for, contact, stalk or expose clients outside FateArc. Do not privately record calls, capture private chats or publish session material without a valid lawful basis and the required express permissions. Platform records used for support, moderation or payment disputes follow the Privacy Policy, purpose limits, restricted access and retention rules.

7. AI and automated replies

Do not use bots, scripts or AI-generated responses to impersonate a live reader in a paid consultation. Approved translation or accessibility tools must preserve a reader's own understanding, personal response and confidentiality. Do not send private consultation data to an external AI service without an authorized lawful process. Automated FateArc summaries, calculations or other AI features must be clearly distinguished from a personal consultation.

8. Warnings, immediate restrictions and appeals

Only a violation confirmed by administration or support earns a warning. A complaint or low rating alone is not proof. Each warning expires independently after two calendar months in UTC; an absent matching day uses the target month's last day. History remains. Three simultaneously active reader warnings block the account.

Serious abuse, extortion, threats, fraud, child-safety violations, deliberate charging manipulation or other lawful grounds may lead to immediate protective restriction without waiting for three warnings or prior discussion. Permanent termination and notice follow applicable law. Required reasons and redress rights remain available.

Appeal a warning or account restriction at /account-appeals, including while blocked, or contact support@fatearc.com. There is no two-month appeal deadline. A human administrator reviews the evidence and gives a reasoned decision. Warning expiry, revocation or an appeal submission does not automatically restore a blocked account; reinstatement requires a separate administrator decision.

9. Withdrawal suspension and financial review

While a reader's account is blocked, self-service withdrawal requests are suspended during review. The balance and ledger are retained; a restriction does not automatically erase earnings. Withdrawals already in progress may require reconciliation with the provider and cannot be guaranteed to stop.

Administration reviews the grounds, scope and duration of any financial hold. Final deductions or recovery must relate to proven misconduct, justified refunds, disputes or unfulfilled services and be lawful and auditable. Unrelated legitimate earnings remain payable when legally due; support can arrange their review independently of account access. No blanket permanent forfeiture applies merely because an account is blocked.

10. Complaints, refunds and payment disputes

Report poor-quality service or an unrecognized charge to support@fatearc.com with the session or payment reference. Refunds follow the Terms, applicable law and the original payment or store rules; this page does not create an unconditional credit, a new refund deadline or a waiver of statutory rights.

Good-faith bank disputes and consumer complaints are permitted. A dispute alone does not prove fraud. Deliberately false claims or fabricated evidence may result in proportionate restrictions after investigation; relevant necessary evidence may be provided to the payment provider or competent authority under the Privacy Policy. No rule guarantees a chargeback outcome or payment-provider approval.
