Browse the reader directory, open a profile that fits you, review availability, and book from there. If a reader has not set a custom booking schedule yet, FateArc shows a default 10:00-20:00 booking window in that reader's local timezone.
You can browse public pages without paying first. When you decide to book or start paid activity, you top up your wallet through Stripe and each reader charges their own per-minute rate.
Once a video session starts, the first 10 minutes are the minimum billed session. After minute 10, billing continues by actual time used, and you can still end the call whenever you want.
Yes. The wallet credit you choose is not always the same as the final card charge. Stripe Checkout can add the FateArc top-up fee and any applicable tax based on your country and the service tax configuration, and it shows the final amount before payment is confirmed.
Yes. Your first 3 outgoing messages to each reader are free. Starting with the 4th outgoing message, chat billing follows that reader's message rate. After a paid video session with the same reader, your 3 free messages reset.
Maximum session length is used for calendar planning only. It helps the reader organize bookings and warnings before the next session, but it does not force you to stay for that full block.
Billing after the minimum window can stop when your paid balance runs out. If you have already enabled auto top-up with a saved default card, FateArc can try to restore more paid time automatically. If technical issues interrupt the session, contact support and we can review the logs and credit lost billable time where appropriate.
Sessions are intended to stay private inside the platform. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage, and payment information is processed securely through Stripe. FateArc does not store your full card details.
If something went wrong, contact support within 24 hours of the session. We review cases individually and any refund or account credit follows our support and refund policy.
