Agreement to Terms

By using FateArc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, protect your credentials, accept responsibility for activity under your account, and tell us about unauthorized use.

Services Description

FateArc is a platform that connects users with independent tarot readers and psychics for live video consultations, text chat, and related services.

Payment Terms

FateArc is operated by NEXUSVIBE SL (NIF: B70966650), registered in Madrid, Spain.

Users fund a wallet balance and video consultations are billed at the reader's per-minute rate.

Scheduled bookings reserve time only; they do not create a prepaid reserve.

Once a session starts, the minimum billed duration is determined by the reader's profile settings. Some readers set a minimum session time (e.g. 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes); others may have no minimum, in which case billing is based entirely on actual usage from the first minute.

• Provide valid payment information.
• Pay all applicable fees and charges.
• Understand that you can end a session at any time, but the reader's minimum session time (if set) still applies as the minimum billed duration.
• Understand that if a reader has no minimum session time, you pay only for actual minutes used.
• Understand that the maximum session length shown on a profile is for scheduling only.
• Understand that booked sessions follow the reader's schedule when available, otherwise FateArc uses a default 10:00-20:00 window in the reader's local timezone.
• Understand that after the minimum session time, billing is based on actual usage and may stop when your paid balance runs out.
• Understand that the first 3 outgoing chat messages to each reader are free, and later messages are billed until a paid video session resets the quota.
• Understand that auto top-up can charge your default card when your balance is low.
• Understand that wallet top-ups may include platform fees and taxes calculated by Stripe.
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• Accept that refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Refund Policy

FateArc is a pay-per-minute service platform, not a product. Users pay for the actual time spent in live sessions with readers and for individual chat messages.

All charges are final and non-refundable. Because the service is consumed in real time, there is no product to return.

Wallet balance top-ups are non-refundable. Unused balance remains in your account and can be used for future sessions.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failures that prevented a session from taking place), FateArc may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit to your wallet balance. Such credits do not constitute a refund and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Referral Program

FateArc offers a referral program that allows psychic readers to invite new users to the platform.

When a referred user signs up through a valid referral link and uses paid services on FateArc, the referring psychic may receive a commission bonus. The exact commission rates and terms are determined by FateArc and may change at any time without prior notice.

Referral bonuses apply to both referred clients and referred psychics. The commission is calculated from the platform's service fee and does not affect the amount paid by the client or earned by the referred psychic.

FateArc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals, fake accounts, or any fraudulent activity) will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and may lead to account suspension.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Do anything illegal or unauthorized.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or readers.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Services.
• Try to access restricted parts of the Services without permission.
• Use automated systems to access the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by FateArc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Tarot readings and psychic consultations are for entertainment purposes only. FateArc and its readers do not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FateArc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on our website, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
