Live Like there’s No Tomorrow… or even ….Like someone left the gate open….
So as Eclipse season draws to a close… many are reeling from the aftermath of sudden, shocking events, losses and bereavements…

So many of my friends and customers have been rattled by the uncertainity of life, many voicing the “unfairness” they feel when they witness tragic events in the media or in their own lives….
My own philosophy is based on my personal experiences and that is.. “Into every Life , some rain must fall…”
None of us are here on this planet without challenge.
Every single one of us has a soul contract which includes certain experiences intended for our growth and to clear and heal karmic debt…
So it doesn’t really matter how rich, lucky or beautiful you are… Eventually you will encounter challenging periods and it’s a good idea at those times to keep things in perspective (as I have described above or at least that’s what works for me)… and wait for the Wheel to turn ( it always does)!
That means that when we do experience joy , we must treasure those moments, mindful that these are precious if fleeting moments which are not guaranteed nor eternal…
I was lucky enough to experience one such moment today and felt compelled to share it with you…because after all.. that’s what joy and happiness are for surely?
I was at the park on the waterfront I run at this morning when I saw the most vibrant puppy Ive had the good fortune to encounter ina while…
I say "puppy," but he was actually quite tall, with an adorable white patch over his right eye ( I had to use A.I. to create a likeness of him , because he vanished before I could get a video / photo)
That dog had somehow snuck into the park ( dogs are not allowed ordinarily) and man was he living his best life… speeding around with such unabashed joy and infectious excitement, it was a delight just watching him.
I was worried someone may report/ complain about him because many people are genuinely afraid of dogs, and this cartoon speeding around was surely a sight to behold to say the least.
But no one did. I called him and he came to me and I petted him for a bit.
(Never mind that the cats are all sulking as a consequence of this but whatevs..) The point is that little dog brought me so much happiness in the moment.
And I made sure to capture it and treasure it , share it even. Because while I am very aware of how unpredictable life can be… Im also determined to squeeze every drop of happiness out of it while I can…
Also for me its important to stay in equilibrium… when things feel heavy, its even more essential to shift our focus on to splashes of joyful and light energy…
Circling back to my personal mantra… We are not here for long, but while we are we should just Live our lives to the absolute fullest.
That Little dog gave me and many others such a beautiful gift/ reminder of how to enjoy the present moment and make the most of the gift of today…
Im not sure how many others could shift their focus from whatever was preoccupying them in the moment to actually notice.
But I hope you do when joy visits you.
Love, Kimberley
