How much will your reading cost?
There is no single price for an online psychic reading. The reader's rate, the billing unit and how much you use determine the cost. A price per message cannot be compared directly with a price per minute without estimating the conversation you want.
On FateArc, readers set their own rates. Written chat is billed per message you send, while video is billed per minute and may have a displayed minimum. Check the selected reader's current prices before adding funds or starting a paid conversation.
Worked examples: messages, minutes and minimums
These are hypothetical examples to explain the arithmetic, not quoted FateArc rates or typical market prices. They assume no free allowance or discount and use the same currency throughout.
- Per message: at an example rate of $1 for each paid message you send, sending 5 paid messages costs $5. Time spent composing or reading does not add a per-minute written-chat charge on FateArc.
- Per minute: at an example video rate of $2 a minute, 15 billable minutes costs $30. The duration matters as well as the displayed rate.
- Minimum charge: a service charging $2 a minute with a 10-minute minimum would have a $20 minimum, even for a shorter conversation. Check how the selected service defines and bills its minimum.
Use the actual rate, currency, minimum and introductory terms shown before your session. These examples do not include any additional charges or conversion costs that a payment provider may apply.
For a budget illustration only, at a hypothetical $2 per paid message, a $10 reading budget covers five paid messages you send. Two cost $4 and five cost $10; the reader's replies do not add paid messages. This is not a current reader quote, a guaranteed conversation length or a top-up amount. The available top-up amount is separate from the reading subtotal; check it before adding to your balance.

Your first question and its human-written answer on FateArc are free, once per person. Create a free account so you can return to the answer. The wait depends on reader availability.
If you choose to continue, check the reader's displayed price and any introductory messages remaining. Introductory allowances can vary by reader and have platform-wide limits; the first free question does not cover every later message.
Paid conversations use your wallet balance. There is no subscription. A reader's reply is not itself a billable chat message; paid written chat is charged when you send an eligible message. Video has separate pricing.
What to compare before you pay
- Billing unit: message, minute or fixed session. Compare an estimated total for your intended use.
- Minimum: check any minimum duration or charge and when billing starts.
- Introductory allowance: check eligibility, what is included and the price after it ends.
- Currency: confirm the currency shown for the reader and at checkout.
- Format and availability: choose written chat or video according to your needs, and check when the reader can respond.
A higher price does not establish that predictions are more accurate. Compare the reader's topic, language and communication style as well as the cost.
Prepare one question before starting
Write down the situation and the decision you are considering. One focused question makes it easier to decide whether the answer is useful before choosing a longer conversation.
You can start with the free written answer and decide whether to continue. Do not feel obliged to buy more time or messages because a reader asks you to. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection, not guaranteed predictions or professional advice.
