How To Think Positive In The Dark......
Hello, this is Psychic Karmalita. I wanted to write a short blog about thinking positive in the dark. It is a very meaningful gesture and a lot of people do not know how. The first thing you have to do in any for of relaxation is to concentrate on your breathing. Then once you get your in and out breathing much slower now concentrate on it being more relaxed. Then in about three minutes you will feel the difference. So the next step is picturing a positive image and never letting that image go.
