I help people find clarity and calm when life feels overwhelming. My work draws on breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, practices I first turned to during my own healing journey and have since built into a genuine, ongoing practice.
Alongside this personal path, I hold an MSc in Forensic Psychology and have spent years working directly with people navigating high-stress situations, including case management for individuals with serious mental illness, crisis support in clinical settings, and coordinating care for people during some of the hardest moments in their lives. That background shapes how I show up in sessions: grounded, attentive, and genuinely present with whatever someone is carrying.
In our time together, we might focus on breathwork to help regulate an overactive nervous system, simple grounding techniques for moments of overwhelm, or space to talk through a stressful transition, a difficult decision, or a relationship that feels stuck. I don't offer predictions or tell people what to do. My role is to help you slow down enough to reconnect with your own clarity, and to leave each session with something practical you can actually use.
I keep sessions calm, non-judgmental, and focused entirely on what you're hoping to get out of our time together. If something is outside what I can ethically support, I'll say so directly and point you toward the right kind of help.
I'm currently based in Asia and have lived and worked across multiple countries, which has shaped how I connect with people from different backgrounds and life circumstances. I'm easygoing, direct, and genuinely curious about the people I work with.
If you're feeling stretched thin, overstimulated, or just need a steady, supportive space to think things through, I'd be glad to help.
