### How is written chat charged on FateArc?

Paid written chat is charged per message you send at the reader's displayed rate, after any remaining introductory allowance. Reading, typing and a reader's replies do not create a per-minute chat charge. Video is priced separately per minute; check its minimum duration before starting.

### Is a reply guaranteed or immediate?

No. A human reader must choose to take your question, and availability varies. There is no guaranteed response time or answer. FateArc emails you if an answer arrives, so you can return to the conversation later.

### Does FateArc generate the reading with AI?
